I have had an accident, what do I do now?
Ring your insurance company, they will give you a claim number to start the process.

Do I have to use the panel beater my Insurance Company picks?

No.  It is your right to choose where your car is repaired.
 
How many quotes do I need?

You only need one quote and it is your Insurance Company’s, job to check it is acceptable.

Do I have to pay for the repairs and then get the money from my insurance company?
No – you only need to pay the excess amount direct to us when you collect your vehicle – your insurance company then pays us the balance.

How do I get a quote for repairs?
Private jobs: Call in and we can give you a written quote
Insurance jobs: Phone us to discuss as some insurance companies accept digital assessments while others send an assessor out, you may need to leave your vehicle here for the day in this case

We do not do verbal quotes or estimates over the phone we must see your vehicle

How long does it take to do an estimate?

Most estimates, depending on the extent of the damage will take 10 to 30 minutes.

Can you match the paint colour?
Yes, today’s modern technology ensures all colours can be matched

How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

This varies depending on the extent of damage.  We will discuss this with you

Can I get a ride home after I have dropped my vehicle for repairs?
Yes we are happy to offer this service to local customers.

Can I get a courtesy car while mine is getting repaired?
Yes – we have free courtesy cars available for customer use.

How will I know when the repairs on my vehicle are complete?
We will notify you by telephone when your vehicle is ready to be collected but feel free to call us during the repair process if require an update or have any questions.

Can I wash my car?

Yes - but this must be done by hand with a soft cloth or sponge and a very mild car wash solution.
Do not wax or polish on your vehicle instead allow the paint to dry and harden completely.
Do not use silicone containing products.
