The land at 20 Bay Park Place was purchased in April 1999 by Glenn & Louise Bloomfield, with the vision of a purpose built panel-shop.
Eighteen months in the planning, work began in January 2001, with the company taking possession in May 2001.
The premises have been constructed with our customers in mind with a dedicated under-cover assessment area, plenty of off-street parking plus a comfortable office/waiting room. All vehicles are stored undercover.
Location
Birkdale Panelbeaters Ltd is the only CRA approved Structural Repair Centre in the immediate area. There are two repairers located 4.9kms away in Birkenhead and in excess of 10 shops in Glenfield/Wairau Valley, the closest being 5kms away in Archers Rd. In effect Birkdale Panelbeaters is the only repair centre serving the Birkdale/Beachhaven residents, approximately 40,000 houses.
